Enhanced comfort for non-strenuous mountain touring. Mammut is expanding its Light Hiking line with the addition of the Mercury Advanced for men and the Nova Advanced for women. Based on successful legacy models, these new developments are a little taller in design for increased strength and safety. They are available as GORE-TEX models or with a leather lining.

They feature the same high quality and comfort as the legacy models. Both are equipped with a blend of materials such as nubuck leather, velour leather and soft shell fabrics for the ultimate in comfortable hiking. They also come with Memo Foam interiors and Liquid Rubber protection at the toe cap.

The functional GORE-TEX Performance Comfort Footwear membrane means that GORETEX-equipped boots can now benefit from footmapping technology featuring materials offering a variety of properties matched to the various foot zones. Despite the waterproofness, the foot climate as a result remains pleasant. Mammut also worked with vibram to develop the exclusive Scale Technology outer sole. The studs arranged in a scalelike formation and the proven flexible ribbing of this hiking sole provide superb grip on all kinds of terrain and support the foot's natural movement.
