Damage

The following applies to all belays:

Avoid contact with corrosive substances or sources of heat at all times, since these can significantly reduce the breaking force of the devices while leaving no visible sign of damage.

In the event of contact, replace the product immediately. This also applies to any signs of heavy wear.
